1. Data Controller

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Nİ Beauty Lab, acting as the data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed

Identity information (first/last name, Turkish ID number (T.C. Kimlik No) or tax number for invoicing), contact information (email, phone, delivery and billing address), customer transaction information (order, payment status, order history) and transaction security information are processed.

Your card details are never viewed, stored or logged by us at any stage; payment transactions are carried out through a licensed payment institution's infrastructure.

3. Purposes of Processing

Creating your order, carrying out the payment process, delivering products, issuing invoices, responding to customer support requests, fulfilling legal obligations and exercising the right of legal defence in case of a dispute.

4. Legal Basis and Transfer

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds of KVKK Art. 5/2 (c) establishment and performance of a contract, (ç) legal obligation, and (f) legitimate interest.

Data may be transferred, limited to the purpose, to cargo and logistics companies, payment institutions, e-invoice and accounting service providers, and authorised public bodies.

5. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the periods stipulated by applicable legislation (10 years for commercial and tax records); at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

6. Your Rights

Under KVKK Art. 11, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, request restriction of processing, and request compensation for damages.
