2. Contract Product and Price
The name, quantity, unit and total sale price, VAT-inclusive amount and shipping fee of the contracted products are shown on the order summary screen and in the order confirmation email.
Prices are the amounts valid on the order date; prices may change once campaign periods end.
3. Delivery
Products are sent to the delivery address provided by the buyer at the time of order, via a contracted cargo company.
Delivery time is a maximum of 30 days following payment confirmation. The shipping fee and any free-shipping conditions are shown in the order summary.
4. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
Cosmetic products whose packaging has been opened and which are not suitable for return for hygiene and health reasons, as well as products personalised at the buyer's request, are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation.

5. Dispute Resolution
In disputes, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the buyer's place of residence are authorised.
