Distance Sales Agreement
Sales agreement drawn up under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers.
1. Parties
SELLER: Nİ Beauty Lab — Güzeloba Mah. Rauf Denktaş Cad. No: 42, Muratpaşa / Antalya — info@nibeautylab.com.tr
BUYER: The person whose name, surname, address and contact details are provided at the time of the order.
2. Subject
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the buyer through the seller's website.
3. Payment
Payment is made using the methods offered on the order screen. Card details are not stored by the seller; the transaction takes place within a licensed payment institution's infrastructure.
If payment is not completed, the order record is retained and the buyer may retry payment; the seller has no delivery obligation until payment is completed.
4. Delivery and Costs
The product is delivered by cargo to the address provided by the buyer. The shipping fee is borne by the buyer unless free-shipping conditions are met, and is shown separately in the order summary.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of the delivery date. In case of withdrawal, the product must be returned in full, with its invoice and all accessories.
Cosmetic and personal care products with opened packaging are within the exceptions to the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons.
6. Effectiveness
When the buyer approves this contract on the order screen, they are deemed to have accepted all of its terms, and the contract enters into force electronically.
